All Accounts Lost from Launcher and Cannot Login

After power disruption, my PC restarted and suddenly all my accounts were lost from game launcher.
I tried to get new access code, by when I input in into Add Account in launcher, it only said Checking Access Code and nothing happened, no error messages whatsoever.
Please help me with this. Can you know what's the cause of this?

Delete file accounts.json in system folder and try again
